Use this page to ask Web Developer Kashi to delete personal data linked to your client account in the Web Developer Kashi app.
Steps to request deletion
- Email webdeveloperkashi@gmail.com from the email address on your account.
- Use the subject line: Data deletion request — Web Developer Kashi app.
- Include your full name, registered email, and (if you have it) your phone number.
- We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, except for records we must keep as listed below.
Data we delete
- Account profile: name, email, phone, and login credentials.
- App chat messages and files you sent (images and documents).
- Device sign-in tokens and push notification tokens.
- App preferences stored on our servers for your account.
Data we may keep
We may retain quotations, invoices, payment records, and related billing history for up to 8 years where needed for tax, accounting, or legal obligations in India. These records are not used for marketing.
